Skip graduated from Orlando’s Lake Highland Preparatory School, Furman University and the University of Florida College of Law. Skip has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1987 and a licensed Realtor in Florida since 1988. He retired from practicing law in 2013 to focus full-time on guiding clients through the often complicated real estate process.

Skip’s law career focused primarily on construction law. With over 25 years experience with contract drafting, negotiating, litigating and trial, Skip provides a distinct edge when negotiating your deal. As a member of the Florida Bar for almost 30 years, Skip is equipped with the knowledge to think beyond the ‘forms’ on which most realtors rely.

Family ties in Florida run deep for Skip. The five generations of Floridians preceding him include prominent members of the medical, educational, and political communities.
